Mark Zuckerberg is one of the world’s 10 youngest billionaires and has created one of the most successful online platforms since the dawn of the Internet.

Zuckerberg spoke at the Mobile World Congress this week in Barcelona and decided to offer up some solid interview advice for anyone looking to join his crew.
At the largest mobile phone fair in the world, the 30-year-old Facebook CEO said he has “a pretty good test” to make sure he’s always hiring the right person for the job.
So, what’s the secret?
Apparently, Zuckerberg will only hire you if he could see himself working underneath you.
The entrepreneur attributed the success of Facebook to using this key test when hiring its employees, such as Facebook’s chief operating officer, Sheryl Sandberg.
Zuckerberg goes on to say that Sandberg, who is perhaps the most famous woman in the tech industry, mentored the young CEO throughout the rapid growth of Facebook and helped turn the startup into a “healthy company.”
So, if you ever want to work for one of the most famous entrepreneurs in the world, the key is to position yourself as someone who is level-headed, easy to work with and can handle making some pretty big decisions.
But by the time candidates even have the chance to meet with Zuckerberg in Facebook’s interviewing process, they’re probably already highly qualified for the job.
Realistically, Zuckerberg just wants to make sure he’s hiring someone he’s not going to have to avoid during the company happy hour.
