The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Audu Ogbeh, has communicated laments that the exercises of rice bootleggers has prompted lost $5bn every year for the nation.

He said the examination, which will cost N165m for 30 tons of establishment seeds duplicated by 265 tons of enhanced seeds which is to be given to seed organizations to increase.
The priest said one of the issues confronting maize creation in the nation is the absence of right nature of seeds and that the country's agronomic practices are not high.
